SHIPPING POLICY

Orders made on Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped within the same day ordered. Orders made after 12:00 PM GMT and during Holidays are shipped the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding a Monday that falls on Holiday). DLS follows the holidays subject in Malaysian calendar.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE

14 days are allocated for you to claim your package at the delivery point. If you do not claim your order within that time, it will be returned to us. All customers with orders that come back to us unclaimed will be billed MYR 20.00 for postage and administrative fees.
